One place for the local businesses you love.
Keep every shop's loyalty card in one tidy place — the café, the barber, the bakery down the road. Join with a scan, show a QR at the till to collect, and discover new local spots nearby. No download needed: it works in your browser and you can install it like an app.

Three taps to your first reward
No sign-up wall, no waiting for an app to install. You're collecting before your coffee lands.
Scan the counter QR
See the little Coco Regulars stand by the till? Point your camera at it — the shop's card opens straight in your browser.
Tap to join & collect
One tap adds the card to your phone and drops in your first stamp. Add it to Apple or Google Wallet if you like, or keep it in the app.
Show your QR next time
Flash your card's QR at the till to collect and redeem. Every shop you join sits together in one place — each with its own rewards.
Tap the card. Watch it fill.
This is the moment your customers love — a stamp lands, they're one closer, and they come back for the next. Give it a go: add a few stamps, hit the reward, redeem it.
- Switch between a stamp card and a points card
- Fill it up, unlock the reward, redeem and reset

Every local favourite, in your pocket
Join with a scan, show a QR at the till, and discover more local spots nearby — on the app, or straight from the web with nothing to download. These are the real screens.

See it in action
A real recording of the app — every shop's card in your wallet, the QR you show at the till, and local spots to discover nearby.

Real screenshots of the live app. The shops in them come from the seeded demo world - the app badges those listings “Demo · example data” - because the public directory is still filling up.

Same card, straight from the browser
Tap the counter QR and the real card opens in the web app — home, wallet card and local discover, no install. These are the actual screens your customers see.

Find your next local favourite
The app shows the independents near you that are on Coco Regulars, and the reward each one offers. Every shop runs its own card, so discovering a new spot simply adds another to your collection — separate rewards, one tidy place.
- Local spots on a map— see the cafés, barbers and bakeries near you that are on Coco Regulars, and what you'll earn at each.
- Every card, side by side— your whole collection in one app. Each shop's stamps and points stay its own; nothing is pooled or transferable.
- New places, often— as more independents join, there's always somewhere new to try — and another card worth keeping.
Discovery only — it helps you find shops. Your rewards always belong to the shop you earned them at.

- 1List or map — Switch between a list of nearby shops and a map of them.
- 2By category — Cafés, takeaways, bakeries, barbers - filter to what you fancy.
- 3The reward, up front — Each shop shows what you earn before you join.
- 4How far it is — Distance from where you are, so “nearby” means nearby.
- 5Join or view — One tap opens the shop's card, or adds it to your collection.
Still filling up. This is a real screenshot of the app, showing the seeded demo shops it labels “Demo · example data”. Real independents replace them as they come on board.
Set up the loyalty that fits your shop
Stamps, points, visits, tiers, birthdays, referrals — pick what suits you, in your own colours. Each programme runs entirely on its own; nothing is shared or transferable between businesses.
The classic coffee card, digital. A stamp per drink, a free one on the house at the end — and no more “I forgot my card”.
Reward the habit, not the spend. A stamp per visit and a treat that brings them back for the next one.
Points suit shops with a mixed basket. They add up quietly and cash in for a reward you choose.
Unlock better perks as visits add up. Your most loyal members feel it — and have a reason to stay that way.
Sent automatically, on the day, with their consent — the little touch that makes a local feel like theirs.
Your regulars are your best marketing. Reward the introduction and let word of mouth do the rest.
Every programme runs on its own — a customer's stamps and points stay with the shop that gave them, and never transfer between businesses.
Scan, tap, done — about 15 seconds
No forms, no account to set up, no app-store download. Here's every step your customer takes, from spotting the QR to a stamped card in their Wallet.

Loyalty done properly, and privately
Coco Regulars is built UK-first, with GDPR and PECR in mind. Here's the shape of it, in plain English.
Consent, asked for properly
Members opt in when they join, and marketing messages only go out with permission. Opting out is one tap, any time — as PECR requires.
The shop is the controller
Each business controls its own member list and decides how it's used. The Third Coconut is the processor — we run the platform, we don't own or sell the customers.
We ask for the least we need
Usually just enough to hold your card and, if you've opted in, to message you. No card numbers, no payment data — it isn't a payment card.
Access, export, delete
Customers can view, export or delete their data; businesses can export or remove members. Your rights are yours, and easy to use.
Every shop's data stays its own — members and rewards are never pooled or shared between businesses.
The things members ask us
Do I need to download an app?
No. Coco Regulars opens right in your browser when you scan a shop's QR, and you can install it to your home screen like an app if you want to. There's a full app in the stores too — but you never need it to join or collect.
Is it a payment card? Does it hold money?
No. Coco Regulars is a loyalty card, not a payment card — it never holds money and never touches a payment. It just remembers your stamps and points so you don't have to.
Can I use my café stamps at the barber?
No — each shop runs its own rewards, kept completely separate. You can keep both cards together in the same app, but your café stamps only work at the café. Nothing transfers between businesses.
Will I get spammed?
Only if you choose to hear from a shop. Messages need your consent, and you can change your preferences or opt out any time — per shop, from your card. We take PECR and your inbox seriously.
What happens to my data?
The shop you join is the controller of its own member list, and we run the platform for them. We ask for the least we need, we never sell your details, and you can view, export or delete your data whenever you like.
It costs me nothing?
Nothing. Coco Regulars is free for customers, always. The shops pay for the platform; you just enjoy the rewards.
